Sagani TV gets results: MP commences work on abandoned Kpalsi link road

Work has commenced on the Kpalsi link road that connects through Tamale Technical University (TaTU), leading to Gurugu – Kumbungu highway.


This was after Sagani news reported on how the road has affected economic activities in the area.


In a video that has since gone viral which horded headlines on so many social media platforms, where a resident Fati Abdul Rahaman was heard chastising the incumbent Member of Parliament for the area for doing little enough to ameliorate their plight and transportation challenges on the road.


Barely a week after the report was aired; MP for the area hon. A.B.A Fuseini intervened by mobilizing resources to grade the road for the community.


Some road users including drivers, motorists and tricycle drivers who spoke to expressed their excitement about progress made so far on the road.

Some of them who refused to speak on camera have heaped a lot of praises on the MP for his swift response following the news report.


They however appealed to the MP to use his power and influence to ensure that the road is tarred before general elections.


Meanwhile, some opinion leaders in Kpalsi in the Sagnarigu Constituency have also commended the MP for his efforts and promised to renew his mandate if he is able to use his influence to tar the road before the December polls.
