Ironically Ghana's success at the tournament was also pinned down to Good leadership conduct exhibited by management committee members led by chairman Randy Abbey and his Vice at the tournament Alhaj Abu Hassan Rhyzos, who doubles as chairman for Northern regional Football Association.

According to the Black Satellites management committee member, all issues bothering on the playing body and technical team were resolved and discipline injected to the team going to the knock out stage as one of the best placed third side after group stages.
Alhaj Rhyzos also disclosed that the playing body and technical team were motivated enough ahead of their quater-final game against Cameroon which contributed to the team's victory.
The astute Football administrator also described Randy Abbey, chairman for the management committee as listening leader who virtually accommodated all suggestions made by him towards forward match of the team.
Chairman Rhzos also shared his goal medal with the news team and members of the TaMFA who visited him at his residents to have a feel with his gold medal.
